Bribery, Corruption, Greasing the Wheels to save Executives Time
Samuel Huntington: ."In terms of economic growth, the only thing
worse than a society with a rigid, overcentralized, dishonest
bureaucracy is one with a rigid, overcentralized and honest
bureaucracy."
(However, the
National Bureau of Economic Research has statistics
that prove that where there is more corruption, business executive spend more
time dealing with the buareaucracy.)
